 حسین رونقی ملکی ویلاگ نویس با نوشتن نامه ای خطاب به خامنه ای اعتصاب غذای خود را در ۶ خرداد شروع کرده است. 

با توجه به این مسئله که رونقی ملکی دچار بیماری کلیوی بوده و اعتصاب غذا جان ایشان را بیشتر به خطر می اندازد، گروهی از فعالین مدنی برای نجات جان ایشان در روز ۸ خرداد ماه در توئیتر توفان توئیت برپا خواهند کرد.  و از تک تک ایرانیان آزادی خواه .دعوت به همکاری نموده اند.
